By the Forces of Gravity reviewed in Publishers Weekly Comics Section
We’re thrilled to share that By the Forces of Gravity: A Memoir by Rebecca Fish Ewan is featured in the April 2, 2018, edition of Publishers Weekly, available in both the print and digital editions, as well as on the PW website.
PW featured the review in its comics section, which is home to reviews of both fiction and nonfiction works of the graphic and illustrated variety. We’re so pleased with this placement as it shows how hybrid of a book this is, how unique of a storyteller Fish Ewan is.
The PW review honed in on Becky Star Fish’s friendship with Luna, by starting the review out with, “Girlhood friendship is the strongest force in the universe in this stirring memoir of 1970s Berkeley.”
